Day One – 11 May 2007 (Friday)Gather at Changi Airport Terminal One Row 7 at 2125hrs. Checked in and prepared for our flight to the "Land of the Rising Sun" NH902/11 May ETD SIN: 2325hrs ETA NRT: 0720hrs +1 Had a restless night on the plane, not comfortable enough to sleep.
Day Two – 12 May 2007 (Saturday)Arrived at Narita International Airport, and met up with our local tour guide – Margaret who happens to be a Singaporean staying in Japan. Transferred to Haneda Domestic Airport and took a flight to Itami Domestic Airport (located in Osaka) By the time we reached Osaka, it was already 1230hrs.
Our next stop was Universal Studios Japan.

Took only one ride coz it was really too crowded over there. The queues were like at least 1 hour long. We ended up shopping and taking photos more than anything else. Stayed there for about half a day before we proceeded to the Orchard Road of Osaka – Shinsaibashi. They have Daimaru, Sogo and Takashimaya over there. Saw many Japanese ladies dressed up to the skies (literally). Their make-up was comparable to the amount of cream you would put on a cake. Haha…
After some tiring shopping, we checked into our hotel of that night – Osaka Ramada Hotel (Room 1217) Our original room was 1220 however one family of 4 were split up and our room happened to be next to one of theirs, so we volunteered to exchange room with them. The hotel uses Shiseido products wor!
I am going to Japan! Yeah.. Flying off next Friday night, a 7D tour...It was a last minute decision. Was contemplating on Korea, or a BKK cum HKG trip. But somehow on Thursday, James just told me, "Let's go Japan." And off we went to book for our trip, and had it confirmed that very day. In less than one weeks' time we will be embarking on our trip to Japan! Woohoo! Really excited and can't wait to fly off...This is our pre-honeymoon holiday, and our next destination shall be Europe, and that will be next year, for our honeymoon already, and of coz, provided everything goes as planned and we manage to save up enough for our honeymoon trip to Europe...
Met up with Nic last evening, for dinner and coffee. It's been ages since I met up with my Sec friends, esp him whom I used to be on very good terms with. It was a very heart-warming talk, catching up on each others' life and stuff. Was rather worried initially coz it's been really long since I had talked to him (as in really talk, not that kinda see on the streets and say hi type. Think it's been more than 5 years at least) and was worried if we had changed a lot since our Sec school days and would end up on different frequency and run out of things to say to each other and it would end up very awkward. However nothing of that sort happened, and the conversation we had was very fulfilling. Do you sometimes get an empty feeling after meeting up with certain friends and the feeling is kinda void and empty? Well, I did not get that feeling at all, in fact I had somesort of heart-warming feeling, very "wen xin"after catching up with him. And I must make sure I do not lose hold of this friendship again.
