Just Monday only, I was sorting out my photo albums, and dug out a lot of treasures - Secondary and JC class photos, cards and letters received from my good ole friends of Secondary and JC times (more of secondary friends), and some primary school photos.
Looking at the photos, esp the secondary class photos, brings back a lot of memories. Read through a lot of letters written from Linda to me (unable to read those from me to her coz obviously they are in her possession!) We even had a series of diaries that we shared. Those diaries (all bought from MUJI, Tampines Mall used to have a MUJI outlet on the second level and we were forever found browsing in that shop) were full of our guy-crazy days, crushes on some cute-looking guys, bitching about some girls that we loathed, our heart-breaks, our problems with families, some inner thoughts, basically the ups and downs we went through during our secondary 3-4 years. We even had a pact to go travelling together someday, that letter, if I am not wrong, was written after our JC days, when she went to Uni and I went to work. We drifted apart, a lot, after our JC days. I really miss hanging out with her. It really isn't easy to find such a pal whom you can feel so comfortable with, and talk about anything and everything under the sky. Sad to say, we have not been keeping in touch very much now. The last time I met up with her was last year March. And the last time we had a phone conversation was during my Grandma's wake. She had called to express her concern.
Ok, guess it's time to start salvaging those friendships!
The long-awaited day... He's finally a full-fletched grad... And yes, yesterday was the convocation... Here's my happiness - James! *blush* Hehe..
James' birthday is tomorrow. And I have bought a cake to surprise him! He hasn't had any birthday celebration before, never had those cake-cutting thingy and singing of birthday song since young till now. So I wanted to give him a feeling of how heart-warming it feels to have the family sing a birthday song to you. Ta-da!
That's him, feeling very paisay... Heehee...

That's us...

And him again, still paisay...
